We provide complimentary insured shipping for all orders.
Return Policy & Cancellation Terms
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for items that are not custom-made to order. Custom-made pieces, however, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to their bespoke nature. Returns are not accepted after approval of all design steps, as each ring is uniquely tailored to the customer's preferences.
Cancellations are permitted during the design process but are not accepted once casting and manufacturing have commenced. Any post-delivery changes that were not specified initially may incur additional costs, which will be discussed with the client.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and undamaged. We recommend reviewing product details or consulting with a Client Advisor to understand any exclusions from our policies.

How to make a return or exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Client Care team via our website or email within 30 days of receiving your order. You will receive an insured return shipping label and packaging instructions.
Returned items must be postmarked within 30 days and must arrive in their original packaging, unused, unworn, and undamaged. Include all original packaging, gift boxes, diamond certificates (if applicable), and any other items from the original shipment. Jewelry must be returned in its original condition; we cannot accept items that show signs of wear, have been used, or altered in any way.
Use the provided cardboard shipping box or an appropriate carton for return shipping, and affix the prepaid, insured return label. Do not use the Ovoeu jewelry box as the shipping box.
Keep a record of your tracking number to monitor your return shipment. We are not responsible for any damages incurred during transit, so please ensure your item is properly packaged.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every piece of jewelry we create. Each item is handcrafted by expert bench jewelers and is supported by a comprehensive lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers issues arising solely from manufacturing faults.
Please note that our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, or damages such as scratches, discoloration from chemical exposure, warped metal, dents, misshapen bands, lost or cracked stones, or any other issues caused by human factors. Lost or stolen pieces are also excluded from this warranty. Additionally, any repairs or services performed by jewelers other than Ovoeu will void the warranty.
For added protection, we offer the Jewelers Mutual Care plan, which covers issues beyond manufacturer defects and will be discussed during your consultation. Each item also includes a jewelry insurance appraisal for your peace of mind.
